When someone cares about you so much that you have to contact them, visit them, buy them coffee etc when they're skint, BUT when they don't hear from you for almost a month, they don't feel the need to check if you're ok.

Sitting and thinking about times past, growing up, school, friends. Remembering the good things life brings, Trevor, Sarah, Fiona, Mary-jo, Millie :) to name only a few of the people who've been there for me. Always appreciate what you have, you never know when you'll lose it.

It's Self Injury Awareness Day today. This can affect anyone, anywhere at any time. Depression doesn't discriminate. It doesn't care if you're black, white, asian, gay, lesbian, hetrosexual, female or male. It doesn't care if you're old or young, a parent, sibling, grandparent.. Anybody can suffer this and it's painfull and lonely. So please.
